Appraisal Review:
A client may have need for a review of an appraisal that is already in their possession. The review—be it for a lender, a person working to upgrade their appraiser license status here in Illinois (or other states), an attorney in
a legal (divorce, estate, other) matter—requires my consideration and opinions regarding a portion of, or the entirety of, an appraisal conducted by another appraiser. Via my experiences in these matters, I am particularly well qualified
to provide this service.
